TERMS OF SERVICE
The terms we
work under.
These terms cover the Agentscy website, the interactive demo on it, and the Agentscy Voice platform at voice.agentscy.ai.
Who you are agreeing with
Agentscy AI is operated by Apricotlabs Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. “We” and “us” mean that company; “you” means the person using the service and, where you use it for an organisation, that organisation.
If we have signed a pilot agreement, order form or data processing agreement with your organisation, that document wins wherever it differs from this page.
Using the service
You may use the service only as the law allows and only as these terms describe. You agree not to use it to send unlawful, deceptive or abusive messages; to impersonate a person or an organisation you are not; to place automated calls to people who have not agreed to receive them, where agreement is required; to work around a usage limit, a rate limit or a billing control; or to probe, scrape or disrupt the service.
You are responsible for what your agents say and do. An agent built on this platform acts on your instructions, under your business name, to your customers.
Your account
Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us promptly at hello@agentscy.ai if you believe someone else has them. Anyone acting through your account is treated as acting for you. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must have authority to accept these terms for the organisation you name.
Your content, and your customers’ information
What you upload — documents, instructions, prompts, recordings, and the conversations your agents hold — stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store it, process it, and send the parts a conversation needs to the providers listed in our privacy notice.
We do not use your content, your recordings or your customers’ conversations to train models. If that ever changes we will ask first, and the service will keep working whether you agree or not.
Where your customers’ personal information passes through the service, you decide what is collected and why, and we process it for you. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for that processing, for telling your customers what they need to be told, and for honouring the requests they are entitled to make. Do not upload special-category or payment-card data into a document or a prompt.
Calls, notice and recording
A call handled by an agent is still your call. You are responsible for the notice and consent the law requires where you and your customer are — including telling a caller that they are speaking with an automated agent and that the call is transcribed, where that is required. We give you the controls to do it; we cannot know your obligations for you.
Apps you connect
When you connect an account of your own — Google Calendar, Slack, and others as we add them — you confirm that you are entitled to connect it and to let an agent act in it. We use the access only to perform the actions you configure, we ask only for the permissions those actions need, and we stop when you disconnect. Our handling of information from those accounts, including the Limited Use commitment for data received from Google APIs, is described in the privacy notice. Each provider’s own terms continue to apply to your account with them; nothing here changes them.
What the service is, and is not
Agents are built on language models. They can be wrong, they can misunderstand, and they can be slow when a provider we depend on is slow. Keep a person in the loop for anything consequential — a price, a commitment, a medical or legal or financial answer, an irreversible action. The service is not professional advice, and it is not a substitute for a human when a human is what the situation needs.
Emergency calls are out of scope: do not route a number people may call in an emergency to an agent.
Demos, trials and pilots
The interactive demo on this website, and any free trial credit in the platform, are provided as they are, with usage limits we may change, and may be withdrawn or reset at any time. A paid pilot is agreed separately: scope, price, term, service levels and support are whatever that agreement says.
Availability and changes
We improve the service continuously and may add, change or remove features. We will not make a change that materially reduces a paid pilot’s agreed functionality during its term without telling you. Outside a signed agreement, the service is provided without an availability commitment: it depends on telephony carriers, model providers and cloud infrastructure we do not control.
Our intellectual property
The platform, the website, and everything we build to run them stay ours, including improvements we make while serving you. You get the right to use the service while these terms are in force, and nothing more. Feedback you send us we may use freely, without obligation to you.
Confidentiality
Each of us will protect what the other marks or clearly treats as confidential, use it only for the purpose it was shared for, and not disclose it except to people who need it and are under a similar duty.
Suspension and ending it
You may stop using the service at any time; for a paid pilot, the notice in that agreement applies. We may suspend an account without notice where we must act to protect the service, a customer, or the public — abuse, a security threat, a legal demand, or non-payment after a reminder — and will tell you why as soon as we reasonably can.
When an account ends, we delete or return your content as the privacy notice and any data processing agreement describe, apart from records we are required to keep.
Liability
Nothing here limits a liability that cannot be limited by law — including for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and for a wilful breach. Subject to that: neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, and our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or [OPEN: a floor figure for unpaid use] where you have paid us nothing.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page. If a change matters to you we will give notice in the platform or by email before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that is acceptance. The date below is when this version took effect.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [OPEN: seat] have exclusive jurisdiction.
